• Functional Consultant: A functional consultant in Dynamics 365 CE
projects is responsible for gathering and analyzing business
requirements, designing, and implementing functional solutions.
• Module Configuration: I am responsible for configuring and customizing
Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Project Operation,
Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Marketing, to align with the
organization's specific needs and processes.
• User Training and Support: I provide training and support to end-users
and team members, ensuring they can effectively use and navigate
the Dynamics 365 CE system for their respective roles.
• Workflow Automation: I design and implement workflow automation
solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, streamlining business processes and
reducing manual tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Customization and Extension: I customize and extend the functionality
of Dynamics 365 CE through the use of Power Apps, Power Automate,
and custom code when necessary, tailoring the system to meet unique
business requirements.
• Security and Access Control: I manage security roles and access
controls within Dynamics 365 CE, safeguarding sensitive data and
ensuring that users have appropriate levels of access.
• Quality Assurance: I conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to
ensure that system configurations and customizations work as
intended, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Reporting and Analytics: I create and configure reports and
dashboards within Dynamics 365 CE, enabling users to track key
metrics, monitor performance, and make informed decisions.
• System Maintenance and Upgrades: I oversee routine system
maintenance, including applying updates and patches, to keep
Dynamics 365 CE running smoothly and securely.
• Performance Optimization: I continuously monitor system performance
and implement optimizations to ensure the system operates efficiently,
even as data volume and usage grow.

• Data Governance: I establish and enforce data governance policies
and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and
compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: I collaborate closely with business
stakeholders, including department heads and end-users, to gather
requirements, prioritize enhancements, and align system configurations
with business goals.
• Documentation: I maintain comprehensive documentation of system
configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge
transfer and support ongoing system management.
• Problem Resolution: I troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Dynamics 365 CE configurations promptly, minimizing disruptions to
business operations.
• Report Development and KPI Integration: I am responsible for
developing comprehensive reports that encompass various elements,
including interactive dashboards, metrics, year-over-year analysis,
growth rates, win and loss rates, and essential sales performance
metrics, which includes KPIs. Additionally, I conduct budget vs. actual
analyses to compare actual revenue with budgeted revenue,
calculating profit margins to assess profitability.
• Data Visualization: I utilize Power BI, DAX, Tableau, SSRS and SSIS to
create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations, making it
easier for stakeholders to understand complex data.
• Scripting and Coding: Utilize scripting languages (e.g., DAX) and
programming languages (e.g., SQL) to automate data processes,
perform data analysis, and build data pipelines.
• Presentation Skills: In addition to report creation, I prepare and deliver
presentations to top-level executives, country managers, and
department managers, effectively communicating the findings and
insights derived from the reports.
• Data Analysis: My role involves analyzing the data to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
