In this position, I am responsible to support the Finance manager by daily weekly & monthly reports,
Budget assist, manage finance assistants and support them.
Main job responsibilities:
• Payroll Specialist - preparing both regional and society monthly salaries, pay regional vendors by
transfers for intercompany accounts for each country.
• Cross-border payroll accountant - issuing salaries for SAMS staff in other regions.

• General ledger controller
• Finalize all financial reporting for SAMS and other donors, Prepare and submit weekly & monthly reports,
cash requests and cash flows for each office depends on expenditures.
• Treasury control & maintain petty cash Advances.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets with the programs team and give estimations for expenditures and
indirect costs.
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Prepared and distributed reports and financial statements to provide the commander and staff with
adequate information for management, status of funds, and budget purposes.
• Provide training and guidance to field finance assistants on managing project expenses to annual work
plan and contract budgets
• Coordinate and consolidate the projection of monthly, quarterly and annual expenditures
• Ensure proper segregation of duties on all authorized financial transactions
. Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks.
• Organize internal audits.
