Direct daily handling the operations the facilitating Sales for Retail showroom dealing in Hydraulic breaker spare Parts
• Primarily responsible for marketing Dorsa and DRS products within wholesalers in GCC region.
• Plan and execute comprehensive sales plan for promoting the sales of leather products in the territory of UAE and GCC, and to achieve/exceed the sales targets.
• Creation of promotional brochures, presentation and other advertising.
• Increase the level of customer service so that we achieve the company objectives/targets, by follow up with orders and to update clients of new arrivals and promotions.
• Assess customer’s enquires received via email, personal visit or visit to Head quarter, through establishing a professional, trusting relationship.
• Coordinate with other departments for sales processing and follow up with the Sales related issues on behalf of the customers and maintain long lasting after sales relationship.
• Assist Accounts Department in post sales issues. Review closing statements and attend closing transactions.
• Regularly communicate feedback from the customers and market trends to the Management and generate suitable ideas and solutions.
• Execute daily operations of - Sales Order processing for distributors in the GCC. Managed the distribution of finished goods in GCC Countries including Yemen.
• Assist the Logistics Manager in planning, developing and implementing Best Business Practices for the Logistics operations and ensure adherence to Company’s Policies and processes.
• Assist the Logistics Manager in managing the US $ 10 Million Supply Chain management budget for the entire region of GCC.
• Ensure order line delivery is in line with targets. Coordinate with transports / freight forwarders and monitoring their performance.
• Co-ordination with (Factories), various departments within the company -Purchasing, export and shipping, in order to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction and for Planning & delivery follow-up.
• Responsible for following up on Export Shipments, Tracking and arranging for clearances, conduct negotiations with shipping companies for Export Shipments.
• Preparations of Shipping instruction and follow-up for delivery.
• To Liaise with inspection authority to conduct pre-shipment inspection, where required from Dubai from various Inspection Agencies for various countries.
• To ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication.
• Improving Tracking Shipment Reports and achieved 90% accuracy for the department.
