Duties Include:
*Contribute to the unit targeted budget by generating revenue through sales of cash management products and services. Respond to specific RFP`s of customer with customized solutions and presentations.
*Preparation of cash management products' brochures and other marketing/ training material in coordination with corporate communication department.
*Analyzing cash solutions offered to clients and help in new products development.
*Working closely with the Head of GTS during various phases of the all cash management products by being a part of project core team.
*Working closely with relationship teams for marketing of GTS products.
Responsibilities:
*Actively collects competitor information, and communicates this upwards in the organization, for making sales and marketing decisions.
*Conducting reviews of product parameters in line with corporate, compliance and audit policies of bank.
*Coordination with vendors, preparation of agreements understanding the process flow for each product as well calculating the risk.
*Undertake business development activities after commercial launch of the cash management products.
*Assisting GTS head in preparation and updating of product/ project documentation, based on customers' requirements, product offering, internal processes and approvals for, business definitions document, Vendor Sign-Off document, service level agreements, business requirements documents, risk mitigants and successful implementation of Host-to-Host integration service with corporate ERP's.
*Increase customer wise transaction throughput of GTS products and services.
*Understanding client's MIS requirements to propose suitable interfaces and scheduling.
*Manage and enhance an existing portfolio in order to meet the prescribed revenue/ products and sales objectives targets. *Preparing cash management, sales presentations and proposals, explaining the various services offered, and identifying bank services that would benefit the customer.
*Maintain a detailed knowledge base of all products, services, strategies and pricing adopted by the key banking players.
*Establish cordial relationships with IT division and all the support divisions for effective co-ordination and provide clarification on any query raised.
*Discuss customers’ requirements, line structure and related terms and conditions with corporate Senior Relationship Manager/ Unit Head to ensure a full cash management solutions (based on his needs).
*Meeting with existing/ prospective corporate clients to expand business relationships and to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Ensure all PCM transactions and proposals work is in compliance.
*Ensure service quality standards and profitability targets are consistently met, and that all MIS reports are delivered timely.
*Ensure offering a full suite of cash management services covering account receivables, payments, commercial cards, liquidity management, balance reporting and account reconciliation process by using banking system.
*Implement and maintain complete control aspects, i.e., documentation, periodic client visits, call reports, as well as informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the overall marketing, by completing range of e-banking/cash management products and services for corporate clients.
*Handle cash management customer complaints.
*Organize and provide training to customers on all e-Products and Services.
*Develop annual e-sales plan per client/group with active calling schedules.
*Prepare monthly reports, metrics and summaries all e-sales activities.
*Responding to and satisfying customer needs by promoting (PCM) payment and cash management capabilities to heighten awareness, while generating sales leads.
Duties Include:
*Independently manage a corporate credit portfolio & close opportunities to meet budgeted revenue, review and finalize credit applications, review credit maturity, monitor and ensure compliance with internal / external commitments, provide coaching, feedback and develop the assigned Credit Analyst.
*Maximizing profits by increasing our share of core transactions. Marketing and Sales for Trade Finance Products.
*Analyze client business model/matching needs with product offerings.
*Create an annual client account plan to meet Client and objectives.
*Be the Primary point of contact for my clients for all sales activities in partnership with the GRB (Global Relationship Banking) & TTLC (Top Tier Local Companies).
*Service clients with local and cross-border interests and provide integrated reporting and management.
*Helps clients address strategic issues such as working capital and liquidity management, treasury integration, trade finance and other trade services, custody, clearing, fund administration, securities financing, depositary receipt.
*Ensure consistent, professional delivery of all client management disciplines including annual account planning, call reporting, lead origination, pipeline management, implementation acceleration, plus all relationship reviews.
*Building strong relationships at levels in organization.
*Manage a portfolio of clients, taking global responsibility and accountability for delivering My Global Transaction Services Clients Portfolio.
*Global responsible to grow the revenues on my Clients portfolio through new origination, including retention of current revenues by focusing on critical customer satisfaction metrics.
Read and review AML (Anti Money Laundering) Policy and industry publications.
Monitor all client`s transactions and Co-ordinate with compliance for any suspicious deals and ensure all the transaction Profile limits is equivalent with the client cash and trade daily transactions. Leading and Motivating Junior RMs
