• Spearhead a team of 10 members and support more than 20 customers - Luxury Brands as well as contribute in the task of imparting training to average of 2, 000 employees yearly
• Transform the overall training & development function and prepare case studies & best practices to share with trainees and implement innovative training techniques to accelerate the learning process among team members
• Ensure that the training & development initiatives are aligned with the organizational goals/culture by utilizing contemporary pedagogy, learning tools & methodology
• Gear the training sessions to manage internal procedures & resources to ensure maximum productivity, quality and timeliness, conduct audits to fulfil post training evaluation and maintain the required standards of service
• Determine the training needs, identify training gaps & conduct programs to enhance efficiency of entire team to ensure profitability and maintain productivity benchmark
• Drive training support systems along with the assurance of regular Up gradation, maintain all knowledge support systems as per the norms and implement processes to make the training function process driven
• Set up a structured feedback mechanism to assess effectiveness of the training programs, analyze the feedback inputs to improvise the system of training delivery
• Develop comprehensive institutional research, perform tasks demonstrating professional research methods, principles, practices, resources and techniques
• Design strategies, create initiatives, tools and systems to enhance individual, group and corporate effectiveness, productivity and profitability as well as drive initiatives in reducing direct cost by 24%
• Identify problems, formulate tactical plans, initiate change and implement effective process, programs and manage modern business systems and ventures in challenging and diverse environments
• Form a durable structure training department that serve the group in mapping their business needs with the individual training needs as well as leading the digital learning implementation.
My role was to oversee training and development across multiple business functions such as call center, retail banking and collection department. I was responsible for leading a training team supporting the Sales & Service organization across multiple sites, including needs assessment and training strategy, curriculum development, classroom facilitation, and results assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the retail banking group especially sales departments to help build and drive training strategy to align with business objectives, and growth projections in assigned locations while partnering with Retail management team
- Build and manage a team of trainers across multiple cities
- Oversee creation, delivery and maintenance of training programs for the following Sales and Service audiences:
New hire onboarding
Upskill training for existing staff
New and tenured retail managers development
- Developed products training materials and custom made programs
- Conducted product knowledge courses, and assisted Retail Banking Group training manager
- Evaluated staff needs, and provided training gap analysis
- Coached on job training, and supported other departments when needed.
- Lead a highly qualified team of consultants to reach YTD quota
- Managed overall operational process, and ensured strategic execution
- Conducted special training for multinational and local major companies
