1-Carry out the maintenance techniques, including predictive and preventive maintenance to all Building- existing MEP systems such as Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, GAS, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm systems.
2-Drafting MEP Operation & maintenance Manuals. procedures besides coordinating the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to sustain adherence with specifications, codes and customer requirements.
3-Motivate maintenance team & monitor the preventive & corrective maintenance schedules and breakdown reduction.
4-Design, Re-design, modify, review, implement, maintain, and improve existing & proposed MEP instruments, equipment, facilities, components involving lighting points distributions & selection, cabling size selection, wiring size selection, LV/MV/ELV, transformer sizing and selection, prepare load schedules, short circuit calculation, protection relay sizing and selection, switchgears panel and produce single line diagram and Low Current Systems including (SMATV and Telephone/Data system) with details calculations and full compliance with the contract including practices /laws/ local and international regulations for residential, commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
5-Supervising and controlling all activities pertaining to selection of equipment; preparing wiring layouts, BOQs, material take-off and costing sheets; and reporting in compliance with company policies.
6-Gained excellent contacts with gov’t. Authorities such as DEWA, DM, Du, JAFZA and Etisalat.
7-Audit and review the supplier financial claims relevant to the orders of special changes in order to ensure the accuracy of accomplished work as per the terms of contract and, subsequently, either report any observations to the direct supervisor or to the Maintenance & Technical Services Manager .
8-Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
9-Study and approving engineering shop-drawing and samples of electromechanical materials to be used in the projects and ensuring its conformity with specifications and DEWA/ADEWA regulations.
1-Appointing appropriate contractors, delegating responsibilities amongst sufficient manpower and preparing time guidelines/schedules for various stages of task completion to achieve optimum productivity.
10-Attend periodic coordination meetings & prepared weekly, monthly, and annual reports about the progress of assigned works and activities including the status of accomplished tasks.
11- Managed correspondence and issue site instructions letters to the consulting, Governments Authorities, in addition reviewed, distribute RFI's and coordinate responses.

1-National Housing-Al Warq’a Phase 2 (509 Villas) with Arif & Bintoak as Consultant and Arabtec Construction as main contractor, (Contractor, value of AED 621Million).
2-Private Villas + Service Block at Jumeirah 14 with Bonyan Engineering Consultancy (Consultant), Nature Construction (Contractor) & Mazzawi electromechanical Co. LLC (MEP Contracting), (Contractor, value of AED 31, 900.00 Million).
1-Over all supervision and installation residential commercial and industrial premises high rise buildings services, outlined shop drawing design for high rise building such as designing of different kind of switchgears(LV) DBS, MDBS, SMDBS, MCC etc their enclosure and bus bars, (Lighting System, Wiring Accessories, small Power Emergency Lighting System, earthing & Lightning Protection systems, also designing different Extra low voltage system such as (Public Address, telephone, data system layout & CCTV Systems, Fire Alarm System).
2-Developed take off quantities for tender drawings and awarded the project to qualified suppliers / subcontractors after thorough Supervised the selection made on quotations received and requisition of materials, quality control and safety matters on the site and finalized purchase details.
3-Managed day-to-day operational aspects of site fabrication and office, and handled repair and maintenance of failures pertaining to electronic and electrical systems.
4-Provided guidance and technical expertise to technicians, foremen and electrical sub-contractors throughout all modifications in electrical and electronic equipment and coordinated maintenance efforts.
5-Ascertaining all employees working with electrical equipment are qualified to the appropriate level and confirming that appropriate facility safety signs as well as warning lights and other safety equipments are utilized.
6-Secured approval from consultant on electrical shopdrawing & technical submittals prepared based on data collected.
7-Evaluated the interrelationship of electrical, Mechanical, architecture and structural drawings & preparing discrepancies report.

1-Experienced in designing, developing, testing and supervising installation of electrical equipment, components or systems for residential buildings.
2-Tested and adjusted equipments to obtain proper operating characteristics. Troubleshot, diagnosed and corrected electrical problems in the power distribution, electrical equipment and lighting systems.
3-Participated in project review meetings for evaluating project progress. Surveyed and isolated design problems, recommended counter measures and performed rectification to ensure unhindered operations.
