• Establishing solid 2-year record of annual target achievement and advancing through increasingly responsible financial investment positions.
• Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products align with SAMA investment regulation
• Managing daily cash balance to determine the amount of cash to invest.
• Managing over SAR 300 million assets investment such as money market, bonds, Sukuk and others.

Prepare the annual budget with assisting the management with its business plan by analyzing most insurance companies in the market.
Perform variance analysis on monthly and quarterly budget, comments on analysis and direct it to CFO
Perform a quarterly and annually closing to prepare financial statements
Responsible to perform all Financial reports such SAMA ( Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency ) and CMA ( Capital Market Authority
Support Business Development Department and other Department such as Medical, Underwriting with financial data related to Strategic Plan
Carry out financial analysis on the company and similar companies by using financial ratios
Communicate with internal auditor and external auditors with any issues related to closing financial statement and produce presentations to CFO for audit committee and board meeting.
Involve with finance team in investment opportunities such as IPO, Sukuk, and mutual funds.
Provide any documentation regards to financial data to Tadawul, responsible for uploading announcements and communicate for any announcement comments.

• Handling and dealing with all banks and control all company banks accounts for cash management, employee’s facilities, and investment opportunities
• Analyzing the market for investment opportunities such as IPO, Sukuks, Mutual Funds, and Real Estates.
• Participating in Company's Capital Injection from SAR 175 Million to 350 Million.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial report to SAMA
• Preparing financial statements announcements for quarterly and yearly and submitting them to SAMA
• Coordinating with Tadawul for financial and non-financial announcements for submission and Updating financial data in Tadawul Website.
• Uploading Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statements Report to Capital Market Authority
• Maintaining, reviewing and controlling fixed assets, petty cash, prepaid expenses, account receivables, account payable, accruals, and fixed deposits,
• Working with external auditors for reviewing and auditing TB and all company accounts to prepare Quarterly and Yearly financial statements.
• Responsible to prepare Trial Balance quarterly and yearly
• Analyzing and preparing insurance market reports for top management
• Checking and reviewing all daily payments and any entries positing in Oracle System
• Reviewing monthly withholding tax and contracts list Report to Department of Zakat and Income Tax.
