Do all sort of accounting and auditing activity, including summaries and presents financial statements according togenerly accepted accounting principles for SEM.
Provide consultants to entity and executives in all decisions

Contacting and coordinating with the related party in financial matters to execute the court order in fast and accuracy.
- Audit to make sure that there is enough balances in local & international Banks.
- Matching accounting books, and the preparation of monthly statements and annual accounts.
- Review invoices and documents to make sure the validity of the signatories.
Discuss and examine and consider the final accounts and balance sheets for companies and institutions.
A review of documents and papers relating to various financial operations to ensure the safety procedures.

- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate Saudi Accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures.
- Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement.
- ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with the company budgets throughout the period.
- Manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with Head of Accounting & Finance. - collaborate with Head of Accounting & Finance to assess the financial efficacy of Company operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support Company operations.
- Manage and track the performance of invested assets in keeping with policies and investment guidelines.

Responsible for general accounting activity in Accounts Payable. Assists Chief Accountant in all A/P Functions. The incumbent in this position must be able to manage all responsibilities of the A/P section.
Key Results:
• Responsible for maintenance of the computerized Accounts Payable reports and records.
• Responsible for the summaries, balances and entries recorded in account payable journals and ledger.
• Maintains and update financial records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prepares monthly or required analysis of various general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of their contents.
• Prepares financial reports as directed by the chief accountant and the director of finance, such as the monthly analysis
of advances to suppliers.
• Maintain vendors record handle vendors payments inquiries and coordinates with the supply department reconcile
vendors statement of accounts with the A/P subsystem, communicates discrepancies to the vendor to solve/agree
both records.
