• My contribution is started by reviewing and enhancing the available design packages starting from infrastructure going up to the vertical residential mid-rise building. Taking to consideration the number of details within the design packages and the team required to attend to this scope either on the internal parties or the third parties which are covering the project management consultants, multi-discipline design offices. This is reflected positively on the overall design quality, efficacy, and constructability.
• Besides, I contributed heavily into the execution of the main project packages within the project such as, 74 residential mid-rise building which will deliver more than 2, 500 unit with a total construction value of SAR 1.8 billion.
