Operation and Maintenance Experience:
1. RO Membranes
• A Very good knowledge a bout the RO plants design & Operation & maintenance
• Perform the required preventive, predictive and corrective, maintenance for all
kind of RO Membranes.
• If required, Perform any kind of membranes chemical cleaning
• Trouble shooting; recommend the needed modifications & changes to prevent
the repeated problems and keep the membranes in an effective, efficient and
safe condition.
2. PUMPS
• Perform the required preventive, predictive and corrective, maintenance for all
kind of pumps (single stage & multi stages, vertical and horizontal, centrifugal,
screw, gear and single or double acting & simplex or multiplex reciprocating
pumps).
• Execute the required overhauling for all pump kinds according to the

manufacturer instructions and specifications.
• Trouble shooting; recommend the needed modifications & changes to prevent
the repeated problems and put it in an effective, efficient and safe condition.
3. FANS, BLOWRS, AIR AND GAS COOLERS
• Perform the required preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for
three reverse osmosis desalination plants, commissioning, start up and operation, repair
and maintenance high pressure pumps, feed pumps, well pumps, dosing pumps, energy
recovery turbine, pressure exchanger (PX) units, valves, PVC pipes, operation and control
process of reverse osmosis.

• Plans the routine and preventive maintenance schedule recommended to the
coolers (adjust pitch angle, tracking, v-belts, bearing check) and spare parts
needed to execute it.
4. AIR COMPRESSORS
• Perform the required preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for all
types of air compressors (screw & reciprocating), (oil free & oil injection), (motor
& diesel engine driven).
• Identify the operation and trouble shooting problems, its causes and the
procedures to solve these problems.
• Execute the required overhauling & inspection for above compressors.
