• Currently part of Upper Mgmt team executing one of the largest projects (LNG) in the USA ($25B). Part of the day to day operations, steering committees and decision making that impacts the overall 625 acre site in Louisiana
• Devised and deployed long-term operational strategies and worked closely with senior management to meet company business objectives. Oversaw day-to-day business operations with a main focus on supporting cross-functional teams.

• Developed and cultivated lucrative relationships with both new and existing clients through efective communication and exemplary interpersonal skills. Spearheaded and managed Engineering Projects Portfolio up to $300M Total Installed Cost (TIC).
• Executed successful implementation strategies for 2 FCCU (CAT) brownfield revamp at Flint Hills Resources (FHR) in Corpus Christi Texas ($90M TIC). The projects were completed under budget, on schedule, with no injuries. Supported Turnaround activities for 43 days working closely with customer Projects/Construction teams.
• Successfully completed under budget a Turnaround Tier 3 Gasoline Sulfur project for Valero 3 Rivers as well as 15 mid-size projects totaling $50M TIC.
• Completed a FEED review on a $5B LNG plant in Louisiana and improved margin by 10% (lump sum)
• Established a new customer relationship to complete Turnaround engineering in less than a year in order to meet a critical startup at a Polyethylene plant.
• Seamless oversight of over $500M TIC projects (international and domestic)
• Supported Business Development by increasing sales by 75% over 5 years
• Demonstrated exemplary leadership in the execution of and timely delivery of (2) Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) Gas Processing Projects (GPP), totaling $140M in West Texas. Project was completed 5% under budget and on schedule with no recorded injuries.
• Efectively managed every facet of a $250M+ Gas Processing Project (GPP) in Russia including contract negotiations with several key vendors (within 2 months negotiated a $45MM contract with Russian General Contractor), through the development of a robust execution plan. Through excellent customer relations and project execution, Russian customer awarded a second Project totaling $60M.
• Collaborated closely with the procurement team to enhance global procurement practices. Captured over $10MM in savings (10% of Procurement Budget) by diversifying the
portfolio and sourcing.
• Efectively oversaw the largest account in the United States ($190MM) and successfully resolved multiple delayed projects, bringing them back on track.
• Managed British Petroleum (BP) project and simultaneously oversaw multiple Terminal and Pipeline Sites (20+ Million) across the US, providing updates to PSIM documents as well as updating equipment and providing coaching to teams with the focus on enhancing operational eficiency while ensuring high-quality standards were maintained.
• Project Managed and led a notable $80M food plant expansion project for Marigold Corporation Food Processing Plant (Mama Sita) located in the Philippines.
• Assumed a vital role in the design of a comprehensive project consisting of seven distinct buildings/areas, encompassing a total of 500, 000 sq. ft. of structures situated on a sprawling 10-acres site.
• Led a high-profile $1.5 billion DOW Solar 4 Project for a duration of two years. Skillfully directed a team and allocated resources to generate more than 5, 000 engineering documents spanning various disciplines.
• Reported directly to the President. Built up engineering and manufacturing from a startup level to a professional environment.
• Developed & implemented Engineering and Manufacturing production schedule that resulted in improved communications between employees and management. It also improved forecasting accuracy by producing completion time frames based on engineering and shop capacity. Improved production by 200%.
• Built a strong shop that enabled the company to double sales in 2006.
• Reduced part losses by 80% by creating a Traceability Process of manufactured pieces from station to station.
• Increased efficiency by 300% by improving management of manufacturing operations and material flow.
