1. Administrate HR systems Menaitech system.
2. Interviewing and hiring the best candidates to fill various vacancies, by following a specific recruitment system and selection steps.
3. Prepare the job offers and contracts for any new employee.
4. Provide administrative support in all human resources functions and policies.
5. Interpreting and advising on employment law.
6. Prepare and follow up with the new employees to complete the required hiring papers.
7. Make & update job descriptions for all positions.
8. Assist in resources and manpower planning and management for different departments and facilities in the company.
9. Assist in creation and edition of career path plans for different departments in the company.
10. Assist in succession planning and vision development of the staff.
11. Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
12. Coordinate Medical and Life Insurance Company with employees such as, Add, delete and solve employees’ problems.
