1. Contribution to Company Strategy
• Implement company values throughout the region, value based management and leadership principles and the performance management process.
• Able to work effectively with line management by facilitating adaptation to changes in business conditions and their impact on the human resources policies and procedures.
2. Recruitment & Selection
• Execute effectively recruitment strategy and plans, including manpower requirement definitions (both quantitatively and qualitatively) using effective and efficient methods and techniques for recruitment purposes.
• Identify, place and retain right people in the right job at the right cost.
3. Localisation
• Effectively participate in the implementation of Localisation plans by working out different scenarios with Regional Director Operations and Regional Director HR.
• Coordinate with local Labour Office to obtain the localisation certificate and work out with them and overcome any obstacle.
• In coordination with Regional Director Operations/HR, negotiate, select and recommend suitable suppliers and arrangements for the provision of casual staff and manage to ensure service maintained to required standards, within budgeted costs and in compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Government & Employee Relations
• Build and maintain good image/mutual relations with the governmental bodies and other companies.
• Handle and maintain employee relations.
• Initiate frequent meetings across all disciplines combined with functional/social gathering.
5. Human Resources Management
• Manage the Human Resources Department in line with business ambitions & guidelines.
• Ensure that all positions are at all times filled by competent staff through recruitment/selection.
