Reporting directly to the CCO, with duties & responsibilities include the following:
• Managing the prioritization of Commercial projects and activities in line with the corporate strategy, and insuring delivery of key projects on time, within budget and with the planned quality, aligning multiple commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) as well as other supporting stakeholders.
• Managing the translation of corporate strategy to commercial plans with clear scope, budget, success criteria and assuring timely delivery through cooperation & collaboration with all stakeholders. Continuously enhancing the commercial end-to-end product launch process.
• Heading the Commercial Operational Committee undertaking quarterly, monthly and weekly actual commercial performance analysis, reporting and tracking against the planned/forecasted commercial targets & KPIs, and planning on the corrective actions to bridge gaps.
• Managing the yearly, quarterly and monthly commercial budget/forecast/targets setup for Sales, Marketing, VAS and Customer Care. Furthermore, managing articulating the missions for all functions insuring alignment with the corporate strategy and strategic objectives..
Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Development, with duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Develop three years corporate Strategy in line with Zain Group strategy guidelines and Saudi Market dynamics. Articulating the Vision and Mission accordingly and assuring it’s cascaded to all operational functions.
• Develop new business by identifying key areas of partnership with vendors, other operators, solution developers and others ensuring growth continuity.
• Lead and negotiate partnership terms with MVNOs (branded re-sellers) in light of Zain strategic directions.
Duties and responsibilities included the following:
• Interfacing with large and medium size customers, to acquire the market requirements of these market segments, define business leads, develop and evaluate associated business cases.
• Business analysis of key opportunities against the corporate strategic objectives from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Negotiation with customers and providers to realize business opportunities and align all associated stakeholder of the value chain.
• Consolidating business proposals and present the offers to the mega customers/partners.
Reporting to the Telecom Systems Planning Division Manager, my duties & responsibilities included the following:
• Analysis of customer requirements and detailed definition of radio telecommunications projects scope of work.
• Development of business cases and feasibility studies for the various radio telecommunication projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Interfacing with the vendors, regulatory bodies, customers and the management in order to continuously develop and enhance SEC TETRA system.
• Technical design of the radio telecommunication systems as well as post implementation validation of the quality and compliance with the predefined specs
• Member of SEC power transmission automation and smart grid initiative committee, owning the telecom decisions/recommendations part of all SEC automation projects across Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Engineering, Design & Standards Department Manager, I joined SCECO directly after my graduation. My duties and responsibilities included the following:
• Technical design as well as post installation testing/commissioning of various telecom systems including Analogue Mobile System, TETRA System, Digital Paging Systems, Fiber Optics, SDH system, Microwave Radio links, Telephony Switching Systems and LAN/WAN Networks.
• Development of Quality Assurance Standards for Radio Communications installations.
Graduated with Honors from the college of Electrical Engineering with focus on telecom.
