* Ensure integrity of all rotating equipment on site
* Oversee large rotating equipment Turnaround, Planning, and Scheduling
* Monitor rotating equipment conditions, troubleshoot and works closely with all parties involved to problem solve
* Support maintenance team on preventive and predictive maintenance process, ensuring risk of failures are fully detected, understood and mitigated
* Support the implementation of reliability projects in rotating equipment to increase plant availability
* Monitor Compressors, Gas Turbines, pumps, fan coolers, diesel engines and all utilities maintenance, Condition Based Monitoring and troubleshooting with onsite team.
* Ensure compliance and proper content of PM program; makes revisions as necessary based on conditions. Includes all aspects of the machines including: coolers, filters, checks valves, control systems, alarm and shut down systems, oil systems, calibration and functionality
* Maintain deficiency lists and establishes Corrective Maintenance needs and timing based on conditions and severity
* Turnarounds: Schedules and prioritizes, planning and coordination.
* Support Spare Part Management
* Ensure best practice and continuous improvement through knowledge transfer from main headquarters to Central and vice versa.
* Support Proposal/Quotation clarification and coordination
* Provide technical support in selection of materials and prescribing specifications for repairs, redesign and alternations of rotating equipment installations
* Review and coordinates the inspection and maintenance of all rotating equipment
* Establish a quarterly managed comprehensive key rotating equipment health review process and report on developing issues, changes in status, and recommended actions and mitigations
* Work with the maintenance planning manager to ensure that key rotating equipment conditions are fully represented in the turnaround decision making process
* Support the optimization of PM's tasks and planned shutdowns
* Provide support to design, schedule, implement and document an effective predictive and precision program on all plant rotating equipment.
* Support troubleshooting activities associated with unplanned shutdowns, in collaboration with the maintenance supervisors & reliability engineer
* Prepared renovation and new construction drawings for various facilities projects.
* Consulted with customers in regard to improved efficiency and cost minimization.

Bachelor's Degree in mechanical power engineering - five years study
