Quality Assurance for Active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) industrial in API plant
- Supervising manufacturing processes in the Non-Sterile, Sterile and Potant (oncology) factory and ensuring compliance with the rules of GMP.
- Taking the necessary samples from the different stages of manufacturing process and following up with the QC department to determine their compliance with the quality standards required for each product.
- Follow-up the maintenance requests for all equipment and reactors in the factory and ensure preventive maintenance for each one.
- Give the necessary approvals for the manufacturing process of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient in the Non-Sterile, Sterile and Potant (oncology) factory.
- Follow up the shipment of finished products with the warehouse department after conducting the required tests on each batch.
- Follow up and supervise the training of employees and operators in the factory.
Hikma is one of the world major players in the filed of pharmaceutical industries, I'm working now as chemist analysis in Research and Development Department ( R&D ), Where the nature of my work is based on familiarity and knowledge of the following matters:
- Familiarity and knowledge of all lab tests that support the development of injectable drugs that will be manufactured in Portugal, the United States and the Middle East before putting markets.
- High-skill work in the laboratory and knowledge of the rules of excellent work within the laboratories of chemical analysis.
- Development of analytical methods.
- Ensuring all good laboratory practice (GLP) and (GMP) systems are in place in the laboratory all the time.
- Provide technical support for the R&D formulation department.
- Perform a routine analysis for all forms of drug.
- Knowledge in all guidelines(ICH, USP, EP and BP).
- Carry out different instruments calibration tests, i.e. (HPLC, UPLC, and Balances).
- Use basic principles to assist in troubleshooting and problem solving of analytical test methods and laboratory instruments.
- Excellent experience on different types of pharmaceutical lab Instruments including HPLC (Shimadzu and Dionex), UPLC (Waters and Dionex), UV-VIS Spectrophotometers (Shimadzu), Karl Fisher.
- Participate in problem solving, troubleshooting, department training, new analyst's guide and support and laboratory investigations.
- Classifying lab equipments and tools in accordance with the cGMP guidelines and the company internal SOP's.

KOSPOis a global top 10 power company, I Worked as supervising engineer on the operation unit of industrial water treatment in the chemical engineering department, my training of 150 hours focused on management and operation of the industrial water treatment unit in the plant, and supervision to perform daily tests on industrial water lines and steam lines .
