• Plan & Lead the Migration project with DB Schenker Saudi Arabia to migrate stocks all over the kingdom to the new WHs, Khobar, Jeddah & Riyadh.
• Plan & execute the ERP/ SAP systems integration from logistics prospective.
• Plan & execute the full stock migration from operation prospective according to the approved budget.
• Manage capacity within transportation (market) and warehousing (dock throughput and storage space).
• Ensure that operations team are following the migration SOPs to ensure the migration is done according to the plan with minimal damages.
• Ensure the logistics inbound team and following the IB SOPs in receiving the goods according to WMS, proper item identification & proper put away.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control, overseeing the receipt, storage, rotation, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods
• Ensure that materials in the warehouse are organized and maintained in an effective manner.
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet customer needs, suggest inventory changes as appropriate, and ensure accurate inventory control and record keeping.
• Give recommendations regarding concerning expired and damaged stock along with the logistics team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate replenishment to all point of sales and customers.
• Coordinate the Quality Manager to ensure the implementation of the highest standards of quality assurance.
• Prepare the annual budget for the logistics department and present it to the Operations for approval.
• Manage the allocation of budget across the department to ensure complete adherence and highlight any deviation from the plan in a timely manner and recommend action as necessary and in line with the approved process.
• Manage multi-disciplinary reporting organizational units and ensure effective leadership in order to adequately manage human capital in their achievement of the department performance objectives.
