- Responsible for the reviewing and responding to all raised RFI’s, material submittals, material
inspections and executed work inspections, as well as reviewing and responding to all architectural
shop drawings raised by the contractor.
- Assisting the Project Manager in all technical (especially architectural), management & financial
aspects of the project. Coordinating between all disciplines in technical raised queries by the main
contractor. Attending weekly and monthly progress meetings, with the client and contractor.
Attending workshop meetings with contractor, clarifying technical queries and raised questions.
- Managing all architectural work required as per the client requirements applying all codes and
regulations.
- Coordinating with all disciplines, consultants & contractor.
- Problem solving of various pop‐ups through the different stages of the project.
- Achieving the deadlines of submissions obtaining all Municipalities & Client approvals.
- Conducting continuous site visits to ensure flow of work.
- Reviewing and Approving shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
- Leading my team to deliver a Drawings, Documents & Reports required to fulfill the projects requirements.
- Prepare design concept and present to the client.
- Conducting the meetings with the stakeholders of the projects.
- Leading the architecture team developing the approved designs through the project lifetime to
submit all required drawings and documents.
- Preparation of project guidelines report.
- Site supervisions visits aligned with office work.
- Responsible for Material Selection.
- Reviewing and Approving shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
- Preparing sketches and designs for architectural features (Plans, facades, etc.)
- Preparing sketches and designs for interior works & material selections.
- Leading the project work with my team developing the approved designs through the project lifetime to submit all required drawings and documents.
- Reviewing and assuring the quality of work submitted.
- B.O.Q. & Specs. Preparation.
- Coordination with external consultants.
- Site Supervision for On‐site coordination with sub‐consultants and contractors.
- Master Planning design.
- Landscape designs and selections.
- Preparation of land use and regulation reports.
- Schedules, calculations and studies preparation.
- Preparing all required drawings for the cutting and installation process.
- Supervising all cutting and installation process with workers assuring the product quality.
