• Manage the planning and conduction of network audits to enable a full understanding of the network at physical, logical and functional levels
• Manage network readiness assessment to ensure customer networks are solution-ready prior to implementation
• Review hardware performance analysis as well as configuration, software and firmware reviews
• Manage the handover process between project and operation department to ensure the highest performance level of operation.
• Mange and plan optimization activities for Mobile and Data backhauling networks, Microwave (PTP & PMP) and VSAT.
• Provide technical advice and support for project and operation management.
• Provide technical support for sales team which includes technical solution selection, evaluation, drafting and writing replies to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Information (RFI).
• Review periodic performance reports and to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are within agreed levels with customer.
• Review Utilization reports to identify network bottlenecks, possible areas for improvement and traffic re-distribution.
• Mange and support the re-solution of performance tickets raised by the end user.
• Working directly with operators and vendors in order to provide technical assistance to customers seeking help with complex issues.
• Directing the standardization of operations protocols to provide a consistently excellent quality of service
• Recruit, train and mentor technical staff members, developing teams and leaders to maximize network performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage and lead the standardization of business processes to enhance the quality of service offered to the customer.
• Installing, integrating and commissioning PtMP MW BS, and CPEs including Cambridge broadband wireless products
• Performing operation, maintenance and provisioning of PtMP systems (VectaStar NMS) as well as undertaking traffic monitoring and system capacity analysis
• Playing a key role in the supervision of project installations and the preparation of reports for presentation for department directors and executives
