• Monitor all contractual obligations along with the assigned project managers (Commercial &Technical) - responsible for execution of project within cost, time, quality & safety parameters
• Participate in establishing pricing structures and mitigate risk associated with contracts and documentation
• Support General Manager in setting budgetary controls and key performance indicators to safeguard financial and operational health of Company
• Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
• Correctly identify specific needs of customer and select appropriate Technologies
• Performs engineering design and scientific calculations, performs design work, preliminary analysis, and layout under supervision of project managers
• Performs field investigations, inspections and design analysis for storm water, potable water, or wastewater projects
• Gathers data; prepares charts, maps, field diagrams, and schematics
• Be involved with troubleshooting and problem solving on all systems, and have working knowledge of hand-tools and Maintenance practices
