✔ Reorganization of the technical area

✔ Restructuring production of chemical stains: in cooperation with the site manager I designed a new production unit while with purchasing I identified new raw materials suppliers. In such way this product line cost was reduced by 20%, ROI in 18 months
✔Develops a full understanding of the uses and applications of Formalin, Urea Formaldehyde, Glue, and various Phenolic and Foundry Resins
✔Plan and perform laboratory work to develop a database of properties and uses of all functional products of the corporation.
✔Identify and implement new product concepts to produce new proprietary blends using products.
✔Analyzes water in purification plant to control chemical processes which soften it: Analyzes samples of filtered water to ensure that quantities of solids left in suspension are below prescribed limits.
✔Determines kinds and amounts of chemicals to be used in removing minerals, acids, salts, and other inorganic compounds from water to soften it .
✔Tests samples extracted from various points in distribution system, such as mains, tanks, pumps, and outlets, to discover possible sources of water contamination.

✔ different formulations were developed for floor, waterproof, corrosion and chemical resistance coatings ( two-pack epoxy & polyurethane type)
✔polyurea coatings : I developed a radically new family of resins for coatings, then managed their industrialization and provided technical support to the promotion of products among potential users worldwide
✔ Development and Optimization: reformulation to lower cost, lower toxicity And improved quality of the range of solvent less coatings and high solids coatings (polyurethane/epoxy/acrylic/polyester) with a saving of around 100, 000 SAR/ year
✔ Rationalization of the products and raw materials range, promoting a significant reduction of operating working capital (- 18%) and the increase of the service index (96% of products delivered on time)

► Joined the company after graduation as QC chemist, I developed several projectsand, one year later, became Quality Control Assistant Manager, I managed a group of 15 people, three of them directly
✔Instrumental Color Matching: Studied the applicability and implemented, a system of imitation of the color of coatings using a spectrophotometer connected to a computer plus color matching software.
✔Implementing ABC analysis, inventory management, demand forecasting. Implementation of software for the analysis of consumption and stocks of products for demand forecasting and optimization of stock and production planning. Stock was managed more effectively, reducing its value by 40% while on time deliveries increased from 75 to 95%.
✔Implementing ISO 9001 -14001: Application of principles and methods of Total Quality Management, implementation of a management system based on continuous improvement and achievement the ISO 9001 quality system certification.
