Supervising: HR Supervisor, 2 HR officers and 3 administrators.
• Oversee HR strategies and performance in UAE and Oman.
• Overseeing Group HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives.
• Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the Group to attract, motivate and retain our talents
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
• Advising HODS and HR teams on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.
• Serving as the Group HR Head for different Business organizations offering end-to-end HR business support to the Heads and Businesses
• Leading, coaching and inspiring the teams to deliver high quality and timely HR advices to the organization and other HR teams.
• Contribute to the development of corporate strategic procedures and objectives with the collaboration of the executive management team.
• Work with business units to achieve departmental objectives/ KPI’s.
• Generated and applied performance management system; trained employees and managers on the system.
• Created a proper HR system to include the following: database, and payroll system.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions: Recruitment, Employee relations, Compensation & benefits, Performance management, Learning and development and P&P.
• Aiming to transform HR to achieve a world-class standard and to enable the group to achieve its corporate objectives.
• Part of the corporate executive management committee.
