Review the general contract and contract documents to update any amendments may occur.
Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop
drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the
project
Follow Execution Phases & invoices with Client.
Work closely with upper Management to make sure that the scope and direction of project.
Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project.
Deliver all warranties, as‐built and training to the owner

Review Electrical systems & Equipment’s Drawing.
Co‐ordination delivery of Construction drawings, and Specifications.
Co‐ordination with Technical Office and Material Control Department
Co‐ordination delivery Materials from owner yard to arrive on site
Co‐ordination Between all works ‐ Civil, Mechanical to start in Electrical Work without any delay time
Co‐coordination Materials, Equipment and Consumables with Procurement.
Supervises the Execution Phases until the client received all the work done.
Electrical system:
H.V Transformer (Lifting plan, Visual inspection, Marking, Erection Radiators, Vacuum moisture, erection for
Bushing, oil Filling, etc.…)
Erection Medium Transformer and Low Voltage Transformers
IPBD (Isolated Phase Bus Duct): Erection and follow the alignment, welding Joints, covers.
PCC (Power Control Center) for turbine and Follow Erection, alignment, Welding Procedure, and termination inside
it
Cable Trays: ‐ Follow installation according the level, Sizing and specs.
Instruments P&IDs: ‐ follow the Drawing and Hook up Drawing to define exact location for every Rack Installation
and Device, Follow secondary routing.
Pulling Cables (M.V, L.V, Control Cables) and Termination.
Lighting System and Power Sockets.
Follow covering the Comments after QC Inspection.
