• Contributed to the creation and implementation of best practice, maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improved operational performance and reliability of the equipment.
• Developed, implemented and directed the Plant’s Preventive and Predictive maintenance program, including daily scheduling and planning of maintenance activities. Improved Preventive Maintenance proficiency from 0% to 95%.
• Improved mean time between failure (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR) and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of all area of Maintenance. Equipment Uptime increased from 62% efficiency to 85% efficiency.
• Developed and managed an annual maintenance budget of $ 1.1 M, including cost projections, capital and resource needs.
• Implemented and directed cost-cutting efforts that reduced maintenance cost by $200, 000(15% of the budget).This is accomplish by working with Production(improve start up procedure), Project (proper installation) and Engineering(for better material)
• Reduced production line down time from 18% to 6% within a 12-month period by developing and improving machine reliability.
• Introduced new Remote Alarm system for the utility plant/Server room to attend the breakdown call immediately.
• Identified, established and maintained relationship with variety of best vendors of inexpensive supplies to ensure timely and accurate receipt to keep current inventory of all required spare parts.
• Provided leadership and coaching to a staff of five maintenance personnel for daily activities in maintaining the plant. Responsible for Performance management, training and development. Involved in the hiring on maintenance personnel.
• Developed and managed Continuous improvement projects, including equipment modifications, total redesign and installation of process equipment as well as safety issues.
• Managed Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) with the vendors for Utility system and facility of the building.
• Managed MEP contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company HSE requirement.
• Managed the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment from graining agreement to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal

• Maintained facilities Preventive Maintenance database, which included Scheduling, environmental, and routine maintenance throughout the plant.
• Performed Audit and ensure Compliance of the Engineering data systems.
• Involved in Weekly Global maintenance meeting to discuss about KPI and other issues with the plant.
