• Followed up closelyon the payment shortage in order not to exceed the target of 1.5 months of delay

• Attracted key retailers and new brands representing 17% of the mix and that did not enter the Lebanese market yet, such as KIKO, COS, The Toy Store, Jo Malone, Wycon and Illy Caffe
• Succeeded to lease 83% of the mall in a challenging economical situation
• Increased the average rent per square meter by 11% VS the other flagship malls of the group
• Managed the tenant fit out and ensured retailers complied with agreements, guidelines and policies

• Increased occupancy to reach 98% and maintained it between 95% and 98% across 3 years, and exceeded targeted revenues by an average of 5% despite the economic and political turmoil in the country
• Negotiated and signed contracts to lease 3 anchor stores that were unoccupied since inception (+4000m2)
• Enhanced the parking management, security and cleaning, as well as the services to make the customer journey unprecedented
