Digital Solution Engineering lead (Egypt & Labia).
Leading oracle solutions engineering team and managing highly skilled product
presales and business solution leaders to develop and deliver cloud-based solutions
across industries. Also making sure that the proposed solutions are driven by the
client vision, strategy and enabled by Oracle technologies and solutions, in addition
ensuring that oracle solutions and team capability matches current and future
market demand. And some of my key responsibilities including:
- Leads the transformation of the presales teams from product focus to
development of transformational deals through innovative solutions.
- Ensures, the quality engagement of presales teams from account
qualification to till deal closure, ensuring customers’ Key Business
Requirements are understood and addressed.
- Develops opportunity risks mitigation action plan to increase our win rate in
the deals, taking the competitive landscape into account.
- Business Partnering with the corresponding Sales Manager to serves as a
catalyst for pipeline / sales growth.
- Ensuring a clear link between revenue generating activities and Sales
Consulting engagements enabling the agile and profitable use of
local/regional/remote resources.
- A key contributing member of the Applications Management Team driving
the definition and execution of the Business strategy.
- Ensure that the required systems, tools, and processes are in place to
support the implementation of operational business plans and KPIs.
- Monitor and measure the achievement of goals, Sales Consulting Skills and
development activities against agreed KPIs and business growth
expectations.
Key achievements:
• Led the team win in one of the largest Egyptian natural gas company,
and the solution offering included Oracle SaaS and disruptive
technologies.
• Closed large deal with the Egyptian Ministry of Finance
• Drafted the digital transformation strategy for the Ministry of

Managing and operate the global oracle ERP solution, and worked on improving the
ERP organization performance, define the infrastructure requirements to deliver high
performance ERP services, in addition to manage the vendors and system
integrators relationships.
And some of my responsibilities included, managing and supporting both the Oracle
E-Business suite solutions and in house developed modules, and work closely with
the internal and external customs to identify future business and align the ERP
strategy with the organizational strategic plan and goals. In addition.

accordingly the implementation plans.
• Designed the business impact analysis, risk assessment, cost benefit
analysis, contingency planning and ROI's analysis for any new or ongoing IT

• Established and executed three level support plans.
