•Covering the customers’ demands from the local suppliers and arrange the items from the market.

•Responsible for Sales & Marketing Plans like the exhibitions and new promotions for the dealers to increase the sales

Maintain relationships with key customers.
•Find new customers and opportunities.
•Coordinating with other departments: Sales department, After-sales Service & Maintenance Department,
•Dealers, Stock availability, Delivery, Marketing department:
•Event, Promotions, Gifts, Dinners, and parties.
•Training & demonstration on site
Plan and make end-user calls and follow up promptly.
•Demonstrate products and provide innovative solutions and sell features, benefits, service to convert end-users to buy DEWALT Power Tools and Cooper Hand Tools.
•Convert users who are using other brands to DEWALT and Cooper.
•Regularly provide and update information on end-users, and feedback on competition. Identify applications and the right tools to ensure optimum performance of DEWALT and Cooper.
•Pursue the collection of payments from the end-users.
Selling BOSCH and Skill Power Tools to distributor's in Jordan.
•Demonstrating BOSCH Power Tools to users to explain how to use the tool and convert them to use BOSCH Power Tools.
•Doing evaluation questionnaires for distributor's satisfaction with BOSCH Power Tools products.
•Plan and make distributor's calls and follow up promptly.
•Regularly provide and update information for distributor's about any new products and new offers.
•Pursue the collection of payments from the distributors.
Import/Export and Shipping Coordinator.
•Being responsible for shipment deals between China - USA through the regional office in Jordan.
•Making sure of shipment’s arrival and contact the customers.
Lab Technician and reports filling.
•Test monitoring for QA/QC.
•Reports submitted between Jordan - USA.
