-Work with project engineers to develop
budgets, schedules, and plans for the various
elements of a program
- Responsible for all finishing activities such
plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and
painting, tiling and marble works, parquet
flooring and landscaping
-Creating 2D and 3D drawings and designs
using AutoCAD and Revit amongst other
design packages
- Planning, Organizing and controlling site
operations. Planning all the operation as per
site
- Supervised 20 employees, including in-house,
contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as
MEP Engineers, Project Manager to ensure job
success.
- Prepare clear and concise estimates by
gathering all necessary cost information.
- Determines quantity of materials, labor, and
tool/equipment needs and calculates cost
thereof utilizing established standards.
- Establishes initial schedule for work
performance.
-Follow up site work Construction of
basement, ground floor till 5th floor.
-Creating 2D and 3D drawings and designs
using AutoCAD and Revit amongst other
design packages
-Worked on groundwater characterization for
different projects and implemented water
gradient control, soil investigations and
venting.
- Participated in the Design of the pipeline
project.
