Assigned to large accounts and/or accounts with potential for major impact to Oracle's revenue, Primary interfaces are with executive level individuals, both within customer organization and within various Oracle LOBs(Support, Sales, Consulting, Government).
Provide overall guidance to those involved in account management (both within and outside Support).
Provide key direction regarding contact negotiation, negotiation of add-ons and overall management of account relationship with customer.
Ensure effective achievement of objectives
Identifies opportunities areas that could be full fill with APS service
Involved in account management role which will affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company wide effect .
Regularly interacts with senior management or executives.
Perform situation management.
Responsible for coordinating all Advanced Customer Services resources as a member of the Account Management team as well as continuing to up-sell ACS services to assigned accounts(s), is focal point for support service issues and works with customer "end to end" throughout enjoyment.
1-Participating in putting hospital budgets regarding I.T. business.
2- Planing to automate the new Hospitals and Centers will be open in KSA and Gulf Region
3-Project tracking, coordination, schedule creation, Risk Assessment and Migration, test and implementation planning.
4-Participation and coordination of the process of evaluating current systems functionality and. following up on issues stemming from these tasks
5- Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering.
6- Ensure adequate support is provided to all project team members so that they have what they need to complete their project assignments.
7- Works with management and analysts in all departments to understand business needs to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements is achieved and documented.
