Working as sales supervisor in projects department, i have 14 years experience working in sales failed, i join universal as sales executive in showroom and i have been nominated to be showroom in-charge and showrooms supervisor, then get transfer to projects department.
i have been work in Dubai and one of my famous achievements in projects win the contract to supply appliances for Burj Dubai Lake Hotel Apartments in Down town Al Burj - Emaar.

Universal Trading Co. is a well-known company based in Abu Dhabi with branches, offices and affiliates all over the country. The company was established in 1973 for trading mostly in major kinds of home appliances (white goods), which represented famous brands as AEG, IGNIS, X-PER, NARDI and many more. Within my scope of responsibilities were the followings:
• Assist customers with their purchasing needs.
• Assist customers with their requirement from service help disk.
• Answers inquiries from potential customers via telephone.
