As a Project Supervisor at PROserve, I bring strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. Currently leading a team of fifteen in Jordan, I oversee the construction and operation of medical waste sterilization systems in hospitals. Contributing to project planning, monitoring, and execution, I ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Proficiently prepared and analyzed comprehensive Financial Reports, feasibility studies, profit and loss statements, cost analyses, Attendance, payroll, maintenance expenses, and procurement.
• Led and managed various O&M projects, optimizing operational efficiency through meticulous planning, scheduling, and cost-reducing initiatives.
• Provided specialized training, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative environment among technicians and contractors.
