Manage a team of staff with high efficiency, to achieve the maximum service and maintain the less possible cost.
Among my responsibilities as manager of the Transportation and housing as follows:
• Arrange Transport for all company Staff, Labours (from Camps to all Sites), including the contact with all transport
suppliers to get the best price and services & make agreements.
• Arrange the transport services for all JCMI Staff departments (Meetings, site visit, airport, etc.)
• Shift all material from the factories to all sites including inside & outside country.
• Coordinate between sites & suppliers to shift the materials as required.
• Contact with freight shippers to arrange collection materials from abroad.
• Follow entry gate pass & custom clearance of materials.
• Follow the register, renewal & insurance of all company Vehicles.
• Follow the Maintenance of company & Rental vehicles.
• Follow and arrange Salik & Drab charges for company Vehicles.
• Follow and Arrange Diesel/Fuel for All Vehicles.
• Follow and pay the Traffic Fines and dept. to employees.
• Follow the time sheet and over time for my employees.
• Verify all invoices reference to suppliers before submitted to accounts.
• Arrange Accommodation for all Staff/labours, including contacts with different suppliers to get the suitable camps for
our labours & staff.
• Follow the renewal of all accommodations: JAFZA, Gardens Flats, & labour accommodations.
• Follow the maintenance of all company Accommodations.
• Follow the time sheet and over time for the Drivers, Camp Bosses, Cleaners & Camps Securities.
• Sign all clearance for all JCMI workers and forward it to HR
• Performs other related duties as necessary.
• To ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• To organise the daily work for vehicles and drivers.
• To investigate arrangements for the replacements of vehicles and draw up specifications for new vehicles.
• To ensure that all drivers’ vehicles are aware of the necessary daily and weekly checking procedures and that they are
properly implemented.
• Checking and processing transport accounts for payment.
• Monitor expenditure on transport services against budget estimates.
• To deal with emergency situations and respond to telephone calls out of normal office hours.

• Follow the PRO regarding all documents submission to DMC.
