- Managing the licenses of all the applications installed in the labs
- Setup of servers and clients for licensing
- Installing application on Citrix VDI
- Reservation and preparation of labs for all teachers of the entire university, and assistance during classes and online exams
- Develops policies and procedures to ensure efficient lab operations and quality service
- Organizing tasks between several labs’ assistants (12+ students)
- Administrating university Computer Labs. This includes configuring Operating Systems, applications and tools, in addition to deployment of physical and virtual images for each computer lab
- IT Technician (support for employees and teachers, network, systems) - (273 computers, 19 printers, 30 classrooms)
- Support for hardware maintenance of all computers.
- Installation/configuration of applications for labs
- Provide students with applications used in the labs (DVD distribution, updates, help with the installation of advanced software, etc.)
- Dedicated support to engineering students for their final projects
- In charge of technical support of the auditorium
- Creation and maintenance of teacher database by departments
- Assistance with academic affairs (organization of final exams, teachers/students attendance sheet, registration form/pedagogical advisor, telephone call forms, etc.)
- Archiving of activities: media (video editing, DVD covers, copying/distribution...), PowerPoint presentations, photos, press...
- Events: technical coordination, supervision of assistants
