Successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects within the hospitality industry, achieving notable milestones including:
● Completion and handover of 8 new hotels to operators, including food and beverage retailers, notably the Millennium and Wyndham hotels.
● Oversight of maintenance and renovation projects for 12 hotels, encompassing key establishments such as the Master Chef Restaurant, Black Smith, Olive Tree, Nest Business Hub, GYM & SPA, swimming pool, and landscaping.

Managing several projects at the same time and ensuring they are implemented within the agreed budget
and time frame.
 Travelling to KSA, Qatar and other areas in GCC to overlook project progress, review snags and for final
hand over.
 Developing scope and schedule for assigned projects (Fit out / MEP).
 Identifying and addressing areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical
issues, budget, and scope.
 Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and
contractors
 Coordinating and tracking all vendor requests for proposals.
 Leading the project team and negotiating to acquire external resources as needed to meet project objectives
