- Represent Hogg Robinson Group - HRG in Kuwait Market
- Lead, motivate HRG Sales team and manage the international and local corporate clientele for Qiblah Travel & Tourism
- Lead, guide and coach HRG Contact Center team & responsible for the daily operations of the HRG Kuwait
- Implementing Global Accounts in coordination with our HRG partners across the globe.
- Focus on Account Management, Retail sales & Payments follow up - Assist and coordinate whenever required on critical financial overdue/outstanding.
- Increase the company's involvement with existing clients,
- Achieve or exceed customer service standards and targets
- Identify Market segments and Corporate clients with a view to increase the market penetration of Qiblah Travel & Tourism Co.
- Increasing sales and revenue from our existing clientele by focusing on accurate, on time, professional travel management follow up.
- Expose the entire HRG/Qiblah T&T product range including all such ancillary products such as Hotel programs, travel insurance, conference packages, event management and others to clients, persuading them to buy the entire range, thereby increasing revenues for HRG/Qiblah Travel internationally and locally.
- Update Chairman with HRG Performance (Sales/Profit) in a monthly, Quarterly & Half Year basis.
- Solve day to day work problems with our corporate clients
- Provide regular training to the employees on new products and policies of the organization
- Provide direction, motivation to the team for ensuring optimum performance
