● Prepare end of contract letters, contract renewals and occasionally Job Offers.
● Track contracts end dates and residency expiry date of KSA staff, and request line managers' approval for renewal.
● Create and update personal details master sheet; contact details, Next of Kin, dependents details etc. of KSA staff, which was used later for MYHR service.
● Assist with the recruitment process performing reference checks and occasionally issuing employment contracts.
● Produce and submit monthly reports on hires leavers report and occasionally EDI reports.
● Track contracts end dates and residency expiry date of KSA staff, and request line managers' approval for renewal.
● Track Mandatory courses completion for KSA staff.
