Tasks enacted as “Customer Care Department Manager (CCDM) “
o Responsible of the complete Customer Care Department that is further categorized into two subsidiaries a) Installation division & b) After Sales Service division.
o Discuss major & potential projects with Projects Management, Sales and General Manager.
o Release annual departmental budget to the Finance Department copying the line manager.
o Conduct half yearly performance appraisals of the immediate sub-ordinates including After Sales Service Manager (ASSM) and Installation Supervisors.
o Regularly discuss the project proceedings with installation supervisors.
o Assign monthly & annual sales targets to the ASSM.
o Approve purchase order of the monthly spare parts for regular stock to cover-up maintenance of projects under warranty and ASSM sales stock to execute projects that are out of warranty.
o Countersign Sales Invoices and follow-up payments through collectors.
o Handle petty cash and submit cash flow statement to Finance in order to roll-on the project expenditure.
o Release business trip expenses to ASSM & Supervisors.
o Approve reimbursement vouchers of subordinates. Any suspicious documentation lacking authenticity to be dealt seriously in form of verbal or written warnings, salary deductions and even terminations.
o Random site visits and regular visits to the VIP or potential clientele in order to ensure smooth execution and avoid delays/penalties.
o Attend to all the queries, requirements and training sessions of the Business Development Consultants to enhance the departmental performance in favor of the company.
o Received appreciation letters almost all the years for dedication and hardwork.
