Providing support and guidance to reps in handling customer’s requests/complaints when necessary.
Reports all system errors, bugs, Daily events, general events and feedback all responsible persons about any problems
Making Daily Reports & Statistics Regarding the Attendance (( No show, Sick, Vacation ))

Account payable team member :

* Handling zain jordan all types of payments.
- Daily processing of invoices to vendors. 
*Controlling and recording the petty cash transactions. 
*Preparation of employees income tax and social tax payments. 
*Processing cash advances, credit cards and end of service calculation. 
*Supplier's accounts reconciliation. 
*Preparing income tax and withholding tax statements for income tax department and on monthly basis.
