January 2011 - August 2012: Standard setting and information disseminator officer, Amhara Regional state Health Bureau Generally: I am responsible for planning, monitoring and evaluation of public health programs in the region giving training of ART and different public health to health professionals in the region. Supporting health facility to give a quality service by joint supervision, having discussion with heads and having review meeting. Disseminate standards like national ART, nutrition and HIV guideline to the health facility in the region Major Responsibilities & Achievements - Provide technical assistance in planning, monitoring and evaluation of nutrition & HIV program to regional health bureau - Support heath institution in the Region in collaboration with other disciplines by joint supervision and having review meeting. - Giving Certificate for the dispose or report outdated Pharmaceutical products, medical equipments and supplies in stock. - Prepare and submits periodic activity reports. - Giving professional support to Health professionals - Giving training and capacity building about nutrition, Malaria, IPLS, HIV/AIDS, ART, drug supply management, laws and proclamation, rules and regulation for different health professionals in the region. - Distribute national standards and formularies and necessary materials throughout the region - Serving as information pool for health professionals in the region - Perform other related duties as required
