Opened the first boutique outside of Maldives in Doha, Qatar in January 2024, leading all logistics and training efforts. Conducted the opening and training of staff for The Luxury Edition Boutique in Cheval Blanc (LVMH) in December 2023. Completed the opening and training of two boutiques in Patina in 2023, achieving YTD target surpassing results. Successfully managed the pre-opening and operational running of four boutiques in Waldorf Astoria, consistently exceeding targets in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Responsible for the smooth operational running, opening, and training of prestigious boutique outlets located in multiple 5-star rated luxury resorts in the Maldives. Accountable for managing annual revenue, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and team leadership.
