• Proactivly seek out and pursue new business opportunities with in the construction field.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Represent company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits as needed.
• Expand knowledge of construction market trends and dynamics.

• Assess clients on caseload to determine eligibility for the elderly and people with disabilities for government in home and community-based services
and client meets nursing level of care.
• Work with clients to coordinate in home services, Durable medical equipment, and home and vehicle modifications under the Aged and Disabled
waiver.

• Assist team with Individual-related needs following up with their case manager and work directly with individuals, caregivers, community health
workers and care managers to ensure client needs are met to continue living at home in the community.
• Models CICOAs commitment to ICARE values and be an ambassador for CICOAs values, vision, and mission statements.

• Assess members assigned to UHC within pathways with monthly phone contacts and quarterly face to face in home visits to review service plans and
assessments needing to be completed.
• Collaborate with members clinical care team and UHC care coordinator to provide support to member with community and in home-based services
as well as member services provided through UHC.

• Planning and implementing lesson planned and curriculum-based activities that are appropriate for pre-school aged students. As well as interacting
with children to support their play and learning throughout the school day in the classroom.
• Training through I-LEAD Indiana learning paths for Early childhood development and care.
