Creating marketing campaigns for Museum’s routinely events and monthly programs, in addition to five yearly celebrations, an international science show and the biggest science & art event across the kingdom.
Assuring all marketing plans are being followed up by the team, and generating communication materials, content and publications in alignment with the organization’s standards and guidelines.
Generating press releases in both languages and dispatching them to local media portals.
Establishing and maintaining connections with media partners (TV channels, radio stations, newspapers & informative websites).
Supervising the graphic designers to deliver artworks that meet Museum’s guidelines.
Supervising Digital Marketing officer in order to create a catchy content and present the Museum through its social media channels using professional photos and videos that complement the content and will add value to any ongoing campaign.
Generating media coverage reports quarterly, annually and on event basis.
Achievements:
Established excellent media relations from scratch and use them to deliver the objective of the Museum; interactive learning.
Improved the social media content and increase its reach.
My main purpose was to raise awareness of the accreditation system and its impact on patient's safety and the quality of service in the healthcare institutions in Jordan and worldwide. My responsibilities also included:
Developing, implementing and maintaining PR, marketing and communication plans to deliver the activities and efforts done by the Council.
Managing a national awareness campaign about healthcare accreditations and its impact, benefits & cause.
Creating policies and procedures needed to the communication department for future use in any upcoming activities and events.
Contributing to the process of establishing the three-year strategy plan along with Council's other departments.
Managing the Council social media channels and cover their events, workshops, ceremonies, etc.
Managing press conferences for any upcoming events.
Preparing for the national event "Change Day" participated by hundreds of healthcare providers & institutions in Jordan.

I was in charge of internal and external communications & events in addition to organizing MD daily schedule, meetings and tasks, my responsibilities also included:
Managing corporate & Social Committee events, trips and activities.
Setting and organizing internal and external meetings, writing minutes of meetings, liaising with clients and suppliers, etc.
Organizing trainings for end of projects handling.
Creating content and plans for the company’s intranet.
Auditing documents filing and records for different projects.
