Duties and Responsibilities

➢ To ensure that brand standards and procedures are applied.

➢ Maintain, clean, disinfect public area, rest rooms, air conditioning vents, walls, lamps, elevators, carpets, floors and marble precisely according to trained and established methods.
➢ Utilize public area reports, providing Supervisor's with all information such as: Suspicious behavior of resident and visitors.
Maintenance deficiencies, any lost or damage to the property.
➢ Ensure accurate inventories whenever required.
➢ Maintain all Housekeeping equipment clean in good working condition, reports any damage immediately.
➢ Control cleaning supplies according to procedures.
➢ Perform all duties and responsibility in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve overall objectives of this position.
➢ To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
➢ Prepare housekeeping cart for the next day's use.
