In my current remote, part-time role as an HR Recruitment & Compliance Assistant, I handle essential onboarding and document verification processes in a non-voice capacity. My responsibilities focus heavily on compliance checks and professional email communication. I actively use specialized industry platforms, including Eploy for applicant tracking, Timegate for workforce management, and dedicated Right to Work validation software to ensure all client and employee documentation meets regulatory standards.

As a Visa Officer, my role focused heavily on detail-oriented document verification and data entry rather than direct visa issuance. Over a three-month period, I meticulously double-checked all submitted client documents for accuracy. I was also responsible for encoding and processing application data for clients applying to travel to the US, Australia, Japan, and various other countries.
