2.System (AS400) entering the new businesses, renewals and endorsements pertaining to all non-motor classes.
3.Heading a team of 10 people for operational work such as system entering and policy servicing.
4.issuing quotations for Fire business classes.
5.Attending customer inquiries on request.
1.Handling International Medical Insurance(BUPA, IPH, Interglobal, AVIVA Global) for high net worth customers.
2.Policy servicing such as issuing quotations and on behalf of six overseas health insurance providers.
3.Client servicing and meet with new clients on request.
4.Servicing for Independent Financial Advisors regarding policy servicing.
5.Handling medical claims and co-ordinating with overseas health insurance providers and Hospitals.
6.Preparation of monthly performance reports of the department.

1.Handling operational work for the entire Team of 04 sales persons.
2.Getting quotations from insurance companies and preparing Insurance proposals.
3.Data entry and Policy confirmation (Operations & Back Office)
4.Coordinating with insurance companies to get the policies.
5.Handling walk-in customers and attending to their requirements such as getting quotations, issuing cover notes etc.
6.Premium recovery within the guidelines set by the company.
7.Coordinating with all Insurance Companies in Sri Lanka for underwriting process.
Handling all coordination part with insurance companies for internal and external customers
1. Guide the students towards higher education in overseas.
2. Provide the information about the courses, financial details, entry requirements to the universities .
3. Visa consulting.
4. Preparation of documents for offer letters from universities and visa applications.
5. Arrangment of informations sessions with forign representatives and studenst.
6. Follow up with prospectus.
