1. Following the Update of Eastern province key account client’s Annual contracts like Tamimi & Farm markets .Etc.
2. Following the evaluation for Eastern Province sales Reps. To build 2010 key account team
3. Following the Kingdom promo calendar for Tamimi and Farm markets based on the retail audit
4. Following the Distribution plan for the annual target for a monthly target per category per carton, then for clients versus the last year achievements
5. Following The collection plan to avoid any difference with our client’s to avoid any payment exceed cause of we are working by Oracle System
6. Making analysis for the daily sales per category & the client’s & the sales reps. vs. the last year achieve. & the monthly target achievements per category

1. Updating The eastern region Retail outlets data base by the following :
2. Area scanning to determine the active & inactive clients to raise the distribution coverage plan
3. Analyze the outlets average monthly sales to make classification for the clients to be ( Key Grocery & A.B.C.D ) class
4. Redistribute the weekly Route Plan for the cash van sales man
5. Make evaluation for the cash van sales team. To build 2010 Retail team
6. Distributing the annual target for a monthly target per category per carton
7. Distributing the client’s target for the sales reps. As per the outlet’s distribution to key Grocery and contribution by route to small Reps.
