 Prepare and achieve the Company business plan.
 Direct manage the forecasting and firmed automotives customer needs.
 Direct audit on Preparing Master Production Schedule (MPS).
 Direct audit on Issuing Material Requirements Plan (MRP).
 Direct supervising on the logistics team (incoming and outgoing).
 Direct manage and audit for the incoming clearance and outgoing shipping to and from our partners.
 Executing purchasing orders & job orders.
 Direct manage and control the SOP meeting every month and consequently the weekly production meeting every week.
 Share and responsible to achieve the company target price, and share in the tender pricing.
 Direct audit the on the warehousing and the inventory levels.

• Manage, maintain, administer and develop Supply Chain Business systems and staff.
• Assist in all aspects of the business plan through the production plan, MPS, MRP and considuentily their capacity plan horizon.
• Assist in all aspects of production planning, material planning for our own manufacturing facilities, Consolidate and review monthly forecasts received from worldwide sales managers.
• Prepare monthly production forecasts for manufacturing plants, continually monitoring inventories in order to optimize inventory holding to in line with business requirements.
• Continually review the WIP in all factory departments.
• Manage and control the unit cost through the landed direct material cost, operation and indirect cost.
• manage the income and outgoing materials through a very big logistic team.
• manage and control the governmental export subsidy.
• manage and control the company custom return for the re-export materials.

Achievements:-
• Increasing inventory turnover of El-Sewedy from 4.3 times to 5.9 times.
• Reduce the unite price of El-Sewedy by average 12% within the recent two years, in some cases we reduce some items by 18%.
• A well manage for the cash flow for Elsewedy during the recent world wide crises by enlarged the account payable period to the suppliers by at least 3 months and in some cases 1 year in addition me and my team reduce the unit cost.
• Reduce the WIP from five days WIP to 3 days WIP.
• Reduce the suppliers lead time from 4 months to 3 months.
• Achieve the needed company business plan for two years continually

Operation manager

Main duties:-
• Managed and control the hole company work shop.
• Manage and sustain the maintenance in the work shop..
• Responsible about the day to day operation and achieve the daily and monthly production plan.
• Direct manage 5 production and maintenance managers and 20 direct supervisor and they are mange more than 500 technicians.
• Assist in all aspects related to the quality of products.
• Responsible about the LEAN manufacturing project to eliminate the production waste.

Achievements:-

• Increase the productivity of El-Sewedy by 30%.
• Apply the lean manufacturing concept.
• Normalize the concept of that the quality is the hole company responsibility.
• Establish the factory line balancing, time and motion study and capacity requirement plan CRP

Planning Manager

Main duties:-

• Assist in all aspects of the business plan through the production plan, MPS, MRP and consequently its capacity plan horizon
• Assist in all aspects of production planning, material planning for our own manufacturing facilities, Consolidate and review monthly forecasts received from worldwide sales managers.
• Manage and control the inventory levels.
• Responsible about how to Minimize the production line stoppage.
• Manage and moderate between the demand and capacity.

Achievements:-

• Establish the planning system.
• Establish the MPS for the first time in the company.
• Build a planning team for the first time in the company.
