Job Duties:
Team Development
• Identifies deficiencies in skills among team member managed, and works to improve individuals’ capabilities through coaching, development, and reporting the needed training.
• Providing regular constructive feedback to the team member in order to increase proficiency.
Team Management
• Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among team member managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
• Leads field forecasting efforts among the team managed, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis
• Directing, motivating, and leading the team member and assisting in meeting sales objectives.
• Maintaining daily logs of promotional operations.
• Revising and enhancing sales and promotional strategies and identifying business opportunities.
• Involved in recruiting, hiring, and training of new team member utilizing company human resources guidelines.
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates’ according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.
