Responsibilities:
1- build up HSE Management system (SOPs, Policy, Procedures)
2- Issuing the environmental file.
3- Gap analysis with the government standards.
4- Preparing the factory to obtain ISO 45001
5- Issuing documentation system for the governmental authority.
6- Establish Training management
7- Identify potential hazards, perform risk assessment of API powders, chemicals and activities present at the site, determine ways of reducing risks according to hierarchy of control
8- Compliance with the requirements of the Egyptian code for civil defense and fire fighting.
9- Carry out internal safety audits, inspections and site safety tours.
Achievements:
• Obtain the approval of EEAA
• Obtain approval from Civil Protection
• Establish EHS Management system
Achievements:
• Success in obtaining OSHAS 18001 certification in occupational safety and health.
• Contribute to obtain ISO 9000 quality certification.
• Establish and apply standard working methods (SOPs, Risk assessment, HSE police) for all activities related to occupational safety, health and the work environment.
The diploma was in the following topics : Environmental measurements. Environmental impact assessment study. PPE Fire fighting. First aid . Occupational diseases . HSE standards, law and regulations. Accident investigation. internal audit.
