Recruitment:

• Responsible for finding efficient &effective resources for recruitment, through building strong relationship with local & international recruitment agencies & headhunters.
• To coordinate and follow up all recruitment, replacement and transfer actions for company staff
• To make interview with the new staff and arrange all theirs documents.
• Responsible for building a well-organized database for all potential candidates along with feedback with recruiters.
• Prepare Manpower planning with the concerned departments to organize recruitment agencies, to meet manpower needs.
• To organize and place recruitment ADS in newspapers, websites, recruitment agencies and internal postings.

• Co- ordinates with employee relations manager in salary determination: discuss and finalize terms of employment of senior positions as well as ensuring junior levels jobs are finalized in accordance with the company recruitment policies.
• Interview Job applicants: review application / resume: evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
• Follow up procedures that realities to the appointment of new employees such as job offers, employment contracts, etc and ensure that their documentation is complete.
• Ensures proper job description preparation through job analysis and recommends appropriate job
Passports & Residencies:
• Arrange the salaries report to social affairs
• Follow the cancellation in the social affairs and the immigration.
• Ensure timely renewal of residences, issuing of visas, transfers, cancellation and other GOVT. formalities, and comply with ministry requirements.
